Wish I could give a 10 STAR

This is the ULTIMATE in Personal Heath Services Apps ! Trying to figure this App out is a bit Tricky, BUT IT IS WELL WORTH THE AGGRAVATION, and with the HELP from Customer Service and their Understanding of the People They Are Helping. There should be more Companies Willing To Go Above & Beyond To Help The Consumer Build A Healthier Lifestyle. ALL other apps I have tried are no where near the resource or even HAVE the resources HealthWatch360 has !!! Response to emails immediately, to help me, was the best & most useful!!! THANKYOU HEALTH WATCH 360 : YOU ARE THE BEST !!! I was able to Delete 4 other Apps and Stop Paying for them, WOW, because 360 Tracks Everything I need!!! The People Working On The Other Side Of This App Need To Be Recognized For All The Exceptional Work They Do !!! Sincerely Yours Gordon Clyde

Loved the previous version… the "Your Nutrition … summary makes it that much simpler to keep track or your nutrient intake. Great App.

Sweet nutrition at-a-glance

For several years now, HealthWatch 360 has been one of the most comprehensive food trackers in terms of nutrition (which is what REALLY matters for health). While other popular trackers continue to only highlight the basic macronutrients that one finds in food labels (protein, fat, carbs...), HealthWatch 360 gets detailed, with over 30 nutrients (includes nutrients like manganese, choline, omega-3, lutein, etc). With this new version 2.0, it now looks better than ever (upload your own avatar pic!), and includes 2 new features called HealthWatch Goals and Personalized Nutrition. Basically, you can now set the levels of nutrients that you need, for your life. If you choose a HealthWatch Goal (like bone health, for example), the app will set your nutrition levels to match this, and will also allow you to track things that are relevant to bone health (sun exposure, joint pain, menopause, etc). Meanwhile on Personalized Nutrition panel you can see what the new nutrient levels are, and can even adjust them further (maybe based on recommendations by your dietitian or doctor). Great improvements; this tool keeps us moving along "on the road to healthy".

Flawed design, so much potential

This app has extremely important intentions. It shares much more dietary and other nutritional information than any other app. However, it is fundamentally buggy. The way it interacts with HealthKit is flawed. It stores data in a very clunky way, for example overwriting an entire months worth of weight data as soon as I install it. It also does not store time of entry in HealthKit the way MyFitnessPal does. In addition the app just freezes or fails to search its database at times. I wish I could keep using it. But alas.

I’m a dietitian, and this is the BEST nutrition app ever!!!

As a nutritionist and dietitian, I must say this app is far better than any other I have tried. Not only can I use it to monitor every nutrient in the diet (like omega-3, calcium and choline), I can also set specific nutrition goals to fit any recommendations I make! This works great for patients that are on high protein or low carb diets (for example) or those that need to correct deficiencies (like anemia). With the most recent update, the app allows you to select health goals that come with pre-loaded nutrition plans based on medical nutrition therapy guidelines! It is incredible. This way I have the basic framework for dietary interventions for heart health, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and even things like longevity, sports nutrition and pregnancy. The power of this app blows the others out of the water in its ability to provide effective, precision nutrition on a continual basis; I cant be there all the time, but this app can provide feedback to my patients at every meal! I highly recommend this app for anyone who realizes and appreciates the importance of nutrition for optimal health.

Poor choices for info

I could not find an option for adding symptoms or actions at a specific time of day and the food input requires your food to come from a container. What about people who eat real food?!

Best Health App

This is one App i use everyday ..work great keep track of everything you eat and all you work out ,so it keep track of how much you should eat for loosing weight ,or grainging weight ! use it for eating health as well ,come with a complete food list and you can add your own as well...tell you what is in your foos salt ,fat ect ect ..can also work with other app for information and jsy a great app Thanks for making it in one week i lost 3.4 pounds just by watching what i eat and some walking ..

Crashes

It worked at first. But then it crashes every time it finishes connecting with my Facebook.

Cannot Begin

I tried to enter profile info. "Accurately", as was requested, but was unable to get past my birthday. Not only would the app not allow me to enter my b.d. But, on the date wheel, the last two digits of the year were off the screen, so I tried to count the years from 2000, which I could determine. Even when I selected "next", the app would lock up and go no further. So, I cant evaluate any farther than the "profile", but that was lousy! I think Ill stick with MyFittnessPal. Sorry guys & gals. It looked like a nice try.

Crash

Horrible. Every time I try to log a food the app crashes and closes. I cannot go between apps without having to sign in and have it sync every time which wastes a lot of time. The idea of this app is great, but it doesnt function correctly.

Thoughtful approach to overall health

I really like the way this app is put together. Its very well organized & easy to use. I also like that I can customize many of the tracking profiles. It allows me to track many aspects of my health, such as mood, sleep, diet, & exercise, & more. And I can track & compare any or all of these aspects over long periods of time. I can see which changes are benefiting me & which I should perhaps tweak. The one suggestion I have, however, is to allow customization of the daily percentages of various nutrients. Im working with a dietician & she has recommended percentages of fat, protein, & carbs that differ from those specified in this app, & yet I cannot customize them. I hope that they change this in a future update. Otherwise, I highly recommend this app!

This is it !

This app goes beyond calorie counting. You can easily determine which vitamins and minerals you are getting enough of. Love this for overall health. The only concern is the app video, Whats Wrong With Nuts?Although nuts are high in calories, they are better for you nutritionally than beer and some off the other items used in comparison( processed sugar ladened yogurt and cheese). Still, I love, love this app.

Cant even get started

Tried to get set up but could not get past the birthday screen. Year was not visible off the right side of screen. Could not go forward or back from there. Uninstall.

Bar code did not work

Input barcode for oatmeal bar. Got info for frosted cereal. Who needs this?

failure to setup profile

Somehow this company acquired my work email address. Not too sketchy because this email is publicly available. The app seemed like something Id like to try out. However, when I went to register a profile, the app stated the email was already registered. When I went to recover the password, it said the email had not been registered. Fail.

Best nutrition tracker!

After downloading six nutrition tracker apps, Im eager to give this one a fantastic review! So far the barcode scanner has recognized everything Ive tried, though it occasionally gives the wrong product variation (e.g., cranberries instead of blueberries). After sorting through tremendous issues other apps, I can live with this minor problem. The app allows you flexibility setting your goals--including weight gain or loss in the period of time in which youd like to achieve this. (Although you cannot change them once they are set, I believe, which is a tiny bit annoying.) It allows you to log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, including water. And it will tally your totals for the day with respect to your goals for a number of measures, including just about everything you find on a nutrition package summary--calories, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, etc. You can also track fitness, as well as any other thing you like – for example migraine severity. The only other thing I could ask for is, at a glance, the number of servings of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, etc. you have eaten in a day. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend this app!

Great potential!

This app is terrific when it works. It tracks all you need in dieting: calories, amount of important nutrients, deficiencies you may have even if you think youre eating healthfully, all kinds of exercise. You can also add trackers for any other health concerns. But it crashes on me about once a week so that I have to delete it and re-download it before it will work. A lesser disappointment is that it is not linked with a webpage you can enter info in on a PC occasionally. If they get the crashing worked out, its worth 4 stars.

Great!

I really like the way HealthWatch keeps track of my food intake. Very easy to use. One change I would like to see is the ability to edit your favorite foods. After a few months of use the list gets really long and unmanageable.

Health360

I love this app!! Easy to use and an extensive food database. Allows me to focus on all aspects of health, not just calories.

Not bad

I like this app. However a few issues. 1) the weight trend chart does not work. They need to fix this 2) bar code scanner is about 50% wrong and you have to manually type in your food nutrition.
